Care Training Solutions was established in September 2003 as its founders believed there was a lack of support for Health and Social Care employers and candidates to gain a qualification and training.  With the vision to deliver qualifications and associated courses to the highest standard in a flexible way that meet the needs of employer and candidate.

This vision has been realised and Care Training Solutions have built a solid reputation based on quality and achievement mainly due to the commitment and hard work of the Care Training Solutions team.

Sarah Jarvis – Managing Director

Sarah has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Sarah began her career as an NVQ assessor, internal Verifier and trainer before progressing into management and later an advisory role for the Health and Social Care sector. Sarah takes responsibility for managing Care Training Solutions Quality systems and is extremely proud of the consistent good inspection reports from the awarding body City and Guilds.

Sarah’s skill set enables her to offer employers guidance, advice and training programmes that ensure the sector skills training and qualification requirements for employees are met.
