Care Training Solutions was established in September 2003 as its founders Alison Simpson and Sue Dunster believed there was a lack of support for Health and Social Care employers and candidates involved in the NVQ process. Their vision was to deliver NVQ qualifications and associated courses to the highest standard in a flexible way that met the needs of employer and candidate.
This vision has been realised and since then the company has grown considerably mainly due to the commitment and hard work of the Care Training Solutions team. CTS have built a solid reputation based on quality and achievement and such has been the demand for its services that 12 Assessors and Verifiers now work for the company.
