Alison Simpson – Director
Before founding Care Training Solutions with Sue back in 2003 Alison had several years experience of working as a NVQ Assessor and Internal Verifier. Alison also worked for a national learning disability provider as both a Service Manager and a Group Manager with responsibility for 5 units. This background ensures Alison has a real understanding of the operational issues that staff and managers have to deal with and a big part of her focus is ensuring CTS deliver qualifications and training in a way that suits the needs of each customer.
Sue Dunster – Director
Sue started her career as a midwife and moved into training when she was tasked with designing a nursing auxiliary training programme. She hasn’t looked back since then and has worked in a number of roles including Assessment Centre Manager, College Lecturer and Internal and External Verifier. Sue takes responsibility for managing CTS’s quality system and is extremely proud of the consistently good inspection reports from City and Guilds.
Tracy Wiskin – NVQ Assessor and Trainer
Tracy is a Registered Nurse who has worked as sister-in-charge of a busy service where she was responsible for enforcing and maintaining care standards. She also has particular experience of working with those affected by dementia. At CTS Tracy focuses predominantly on assessing A1, Level 4 and Registered Manager’s Award. She also is an experienced trainer and spends a good deal of her time delivering workshops such as Manual Handling and Infection Control.
