Sarah Jarvis - Managing Director
Sarah has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for the past 14 years and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Sarah began her career as an NVQ assessor, internal Verifier and trainer before progressing into management and an advisory role for the Health and Social Care sector. Sarah takes responsibility for managing Care Training Solutions Quality systems and is extremely proud of the consistent good inspection reports from City and Guilds.
Sarah's skill set enables her to offer employers guidance, advise and training programmes that ensure the sector skills training and qualification requirements for employees are met.
Debbie Watts - Business development/Administration
Debbie joined CTS towards the end of 2011 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting the learning and development of young adults.
Debbie supports the marketing and administration of CTS. She is a fully qualified Health and Safety representative, first aider and a functional skills tutor.
Debbie can advise and support you in the learning and development needs of your staff.
